After the ideal candidate profile has been established, we begin mapping out the means of securing the ideal fit for the role. From understanding the needs of the candidate's desired background, experience, education, and skills we are able to have a clear idea of the ideal candidate. Regardless if the candidate is a needle in the haystack from across the country or the best local sales professional in the your city, we'll have a plan and the tools to deploy for our client's needs to bring value and impact.

With the target and roadmap set, our team of dedicated recruiters roll up their sleeves and dive into the hunt for the best candidates available in the marketplace within our client’s guidelines and budget. With open lines of communication with both the candidates and the clients, our recruiters maintain a clear vision on the needs of our clients, able to shift the parameters of the job search as needed.

Decision Making

We eliminated the noise of applicants and provide only a few of the best fitting candidates to our clients, allowing the clients to pick from a small pool of top talent. Many factors go into determining if a client will hire any specific candidate, and we understand this! If our client hires our submitted candidate, great! If not, we determine what it is that caused said candidate to not be a fit, adjust our road map, and continue to hunt for the perfect candidate. (Consult, Rinse, Repeat)

Post-Placement

Our relationship with our clients and candidates does not end once a signature is scribbled on a job offer. We take pride in the fact we follow up with both channels, making sure the client is happy with the candidate, and the candidate is happy working for our clients. If a candidate decides to quit within a time frame determined by our contract, we go back to recruiting for more candidates with no charge to our clients. We stand behind our services and will be here for you beyond the candidate’s first day.
