While the average time to fill may not be universally applicable due to the diverse processes of our clients, we consistently maintain a high standard of candidate vetting. Some clients, being large Tier 1 entities, may have extended processes lasting 30-60+ days, while others with shorter processes make offers shortly after the initial interview. When evaluating recruiting firms, consider asking about the timeframe for seeing your first vetted candidate. In our firm, we typically average 5 business days for your initial sales representative candidate. However, for more specialized roles like engineering, the process may take a bit longer due to their uniqueness.

We have our own internal database of active candidates as well as access to multiple external databases of passive prospective candidates. Our dedicated team employs outbound selling to prospective candidates, engaging in a process of 10+ outreach attempts per prospect to sell and then qualify them thoroughly based on your requirements. This ensures a pool of high-quality, vetted candidates aligned with your needs.

Our pre-screening and shortlisting process involves a rigorous evaluation of candidates. We do this based on your criteria and aim to submit candidates that meet that criteria. Our terms of business include a flexible fee program with no upfront financial commitment or other plans where we can be more committed via financial commitment prepaid from your side. This model provides you with a convenient option, especially in cases where finding the perfect match proves challenging.
